Parallel Flash

Winbond's W29GL family of Page Mode Parallel Flash memories are offered in densities from 32Mb to 256Mb and support industry standard interfaces and architectures. They are drop-in replaceable to the x29GL products available in the industry with no firmware change. They also offer faster program and erase times which improves cutomer throughput and offers faster firmware updates. Our Parallel Flash products are ideal for a wide variety of applications including:  PC peripherals, set-top-box, DSL and cable modems, wireless routers, printer, mobile phones, digital cameras and more.
