Winbond offers a wide range of benefit programs that we are proud to offer
our employees - benefits that are both comprehensive and competitive within
our industry:
Winbond offers a comprehensive Health plan including medical, dental, and vision
benefits. Employees have the choice of three different types of plans, either
PPO, Open Access or Kaiser HMO. The Company pays the entire cost for employee
coverage and shares the cost with the employee for dependent coverage.
Winbond has a 401(k) plan matching dollar for dollar for the first 5% of an
employee's base compensation.
Employees are provided with a Flexible Spending Account, which allows them
to pay medical and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
- Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Employees are given coverage of two times their annual salary for life and
AD&D insurance. In addition, all employees are provided with additional
insurance while traveling on company business.
- Short Term and Long Term Disability
Winbond pays 66.7% of an employee's monthly salary during the time they are
on short- or long-term disability.
- Educational Reimbursement
Winbond may reimburse employees for the cost of tuition, enrollment fees, and
books for courses that will increase an employee's knowledge in their present
job or increase their qualifications for advancement.
- Employee Assistance Program
Employees are able to call an independent employee assistance service to help
them when they are experiencing personal or work-related problems.
Employees receive twelve vacation days and ten paid sick days annually.
Winbond has ten paid company holidays and one annual birthday holiday for its
employees.
