Winbond
Speech ICs are ideal for all kinds of electronic consumer products with
sound effects. Winbond Speech ICs are fully supported by in-house hardware
and software development systems including demo boards, ICE boards, Winbond
Integrated Development Environment (WIDE) and PowerScript ™ (a high
level scripting language for quick firmware development).
BandDirector IC family is a high performance uC series supporting wavetable
and speech synthesis, on-chip MIDI sound set, MIDI sequencer and MDPCM/ADPCM
speech synthesis algorithms. Selected parts also support DSP-based long-duration
playback at very low bit rate.
ViewTalk IC family is the solution for LCD based consumer products with
sound effects.
Power Speech IC family is comprised of speech synthesizer ICs with state-machine
type (for simple push-button toys) or uC type (for more complex play pattern
and motors/lights/key-switches control). |
