The WPCE521L is a low power-consumption, highly-integrated Enhanced SideShow™ Controller. This SideShow™ product supports high-resolution QVGA, VGA, and SVGA
LCDs. Like all members of the SideShow™ family, it is fully compatible with Windows
Vista™ and Windows SideShow™ SDK.
The WPCE521L enables developers to support SideShow™ applications for Notebooks,
Desktops, Remote Controls, Keyboards, Displays and other information-powered
devices such as electronic books and picture frames. It includes an extremely reliable
processing unit with a range of connectivity capabilities, enhancements, and extensions.
The WPCE521L integrates an ARM7TDMI RISC processor, LCD controller, USB 1.1
host and device controller, watchdog timer, programmable I/O ports, and an external
bus interface with SDRAM, ROM/SRAM and Flash memory.
