Winbond LPC ServerI/O devices are targeted for a wide range of servers, workstations and high-end desktops that use the Low Pin Count (LPC) bus for the host interface and the serial ACCESS.bus or SMBus® for the embedded controller interface. ServerI/O devices also incorporate SuperI/O features such as a Floppy Disk Controller (FDC), serial ports (UARTs), Keyboard and Mouse Controller (KBC), Real-Time Clock (RTC), fully compliant IEEE 1284 Parallel Port, General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) ports and an Interrupt Serializer for Parallel IRQs. Packages include 128-pin PQFP, and 128-pin TFBGA for Blade applications.
