The spiFlash® 25P/Bxx family includes several products ranging in densities from 1M-bit to 16M-bit. Features include:

  • Standard 4-pin Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)
  • Clocking operation up to 50MHz
  • 3 volt (2.7 to 3.6) power supply
  • 4mA active read current, 1µA power down (typ.)
  • Page program up to 256 bytes/2mS
  • Electronic ID
  • -40° to +85°C operating range
  • Space saving packages

The spiFlash® 25Xxx family includes seven products ranging in densities from 1M-bit to 64M-bit. Features include:

  • Backward compatible with 25P family
  • Densities from 1Mb to 64Mb
  • 4KB sector and 64KB Block erase
  • Top and Bottom Write protection
  • Clocking operation up to 75MHz
  • Dual Output read operation allows equivalent clock rate of 150MHz

The spiFlash® 25Qxx family provides the highest performance Serial Flash in the industry by utilizing Dual and Quad SPI. Features include:

  • Backward compatible with 25P and 25X families
  • Densities from 8Mb to 64Mb
  • Dual/Quad SPI interface
  • Clocking operation up to 80MHz
  • Quad I/O Read allows equivalent clock rate of 320MHz
  • >30MB/S random access for Execute in Place (XIP) applications
  • Comprehensive write-protection features such as Lock Down and OTP
  • Erase suspend/resume
  • 64-bit Unique ID for each device
