digital video encoder converts YCbCr 8-bit data into analog composite
video and Y/C signals. The video format is 525-line NTSC/PAL or 625-line
PAL. The input YCrCb data are converted into YUV signals. The chroma data
are then low-passed by a 1.3MHz filter and modulated by a color sub-carrier.
W55VG680 operates with a 2X pixel rate input.
