Power ICs Overview
Voltage regulator ICs provide system voltage regulation and bus termination for SDRAM and chipsets. N-Channel FET synchronous buck regulator controller is optimized for wide input voltage range with up to 400KHz voltage mode PWM control architecture; current limit protection support without extra current sensing resistor. Adaptive non-overlapping MOSFET gate driving minimizes shoot-through and increases efficiency. Dual mode Active Bus Terminator ICs provide the termination voltages for DDR SDRAM and system chipset.
