Hardware Monitor Overview |
These
devices monitor system voltages, CPU temperatures, system temperatures
and fan speeds. CPU fan and system fan speeds can be controlled by CPU
or by Winbond SMARTFAN method(a patent pending “program & forget”
algorithm with no CPU overhead). Warning signal and interrupts are generated
when monitored parameters exceed programmed limits. A broad array of products
is available for best cost/benefit for various system configurations |
