8-bit Telephony Microcontrollers Overview |
Highly
integrated telephony microcontrollers are ideal for low cost, advanced
feature phones with SMS and CID support. Simple telephone interface eases
PTT certification. 1792 dot LCD driver option with on-chip charge-pump
provides best LCD contrast. Flash/ROM memory options are available with
in-system Flash programming support. Large memory size (256Kbytes in ‘240)
allows feature-rich phone designs. All software design are supported by
WIDE (Winbond Integrated Development Environment) and industry standard
C-Compilers.
