Job Description	The primary function is to define analog and mixed-signal ICs for consumer audio products and provide design-in support for customers. The candidate will work closely with marketing to complete the technical details of new product definitions and developing Design Guide, User's Guides, Data Sheets, Application Notes and other technical documentation for customers. The candidate will develop silicon evaluation boards and reference designs, and perform laboratory evaluation of new product silicon. The candidate will also provide training to internal FAEs and sales. The candidate will investigate customer's issues and help customers solve the problems in using the products.
Qualifications	BSEE/MSEE or equivalent required. 5 plus years of consumer audio products experience or analog/mixed signal system design experience. 3 years industry experience in bench evaluation and technical presentations to peers or customer groups Knowledgeable about consumer portable audio applications with solid troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with operating oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and other lab equipments. Ability to review schematics as well as debug the hardware system is a must. The knowledge of PCB layout and breadboard is a plus. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills and good knowledge in using Excel, Outlook, and Power point. Pro-active team player with dedication and initiative, who is willing to travel domestically and internationally. Bilingual language capability is a plus.
